• "Bazarमित्रा," "we," "us," "our" refers to the Bazarमित्रा platform and its operators • "User," "you," "your" refers to any person accessing or using our services • "Seller," "Shopkeeper" refers to merchants selling products through our platform • "Services" refers to all features, content, and functionality offered through Bazarमित्रा
3. Eligibility
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
4. User Accounts
Registration: Users must register with a valid email address and phone number. Email verification is required to access full platform features. Firebase Authentication and JWT tokens are used for secure authentication. Account Security: You are solely responsible for all activities under your account. You must not share your account credentials with third parties.
5. Products and Services
Product information, pricing, and availability are provided by Sellers. We do not guarantee the accuracy of product descriptions or images. Prices are subject to change without notice. Product availability is not guaranteed until order confirmation.
6. Orders and Payments
Orders can be placed through "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now" features. All orders are subject to acceptance by the Seller. We accept credit/debit cards and wallet payments. Payment processing is handled securely through our payment partners. A platform commission (default 15%) is charged on each transaction.
7. User Conduct
You agree NOT to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Infringe on intellectual property rights • Upload malicious code or viruses • Engage in fraudulent activities • Harass, abuse, or harm other users • Manipulate reviews or ratings • Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months. We are not liable for Seller actions or product issues.
14. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, or any reason at our discretion.
